My First Experience
I was a little hesitant at first, because i already bought programs in the past that have been very disappointing. My wife gave me the courage to just give it another try. Even when you are sleeping, you could have a bad posture and that is also covered in the book.
I was surprised to also see some nutrition and meal tips and tricks in this book – I was not expecting to get any nutrition info in this book but they claim that it can help you make you back pain more mangeable. So i also applied this. Changing my diet wasn't as easy as i thought it would be, but after 2 to 3 Weeks i could live with it and even lost a couple of pounds. Truly amazing tips in there, that i haven't seen in any other book yet.
Now after applying everything that i have learned in the previous weeks about this guide i can say that Back In Action Program is one of the few programs that actually helped me to get less lower back pain.
